The Story of Fishy-baits

Fishy Baits – the original dough bait and hook system invented by Silvano Sarri, refined and perfected to be the best on the market.

Fishy Baits Dough Bait is a third-generation product originating from Bundaberg, Queensland. It was brought to Brisbane where it was refined and manufactured for today’s market. After 4 years of research and development, and help from my friend Paul from Bundy, Kerry (a scientist from Brisbane), and a local flour mill, we were able to achieve the best results for the 21st century.

Fishy Baits was released in 2015 to give anglers a cleaner bait experience. Dough bait is longer lasting on the FB’s hook system (up to 30 minutes) and can be stored in an Esky (with ice) for a couple of weeks, a caravan or home fridge for up to 2 months, or a freezer for 6 months. It can actually be kept just in your pocket from 2 to 6 hours on walkabout. This gives you the ability to fish anywhere, anytime. To date, Fishy-Bait catches a variety of fish including Bream, Whiting, Garfish, Flathead, Moses Perch, Estuary Cod, Mangrove Jack, Snapper, Grass Emperor, Sole, Spangled Emperor, (and freshwater Tilapia). Reports of newly captured fish come in all the time.
